I wonder how this project is doing the creator said 7 month's ago that he was going to continue this game and said he would release 3 updates this year but I haven't seen any updates about the progress of that it might be on hiatus again or maybe that plan was to ambitious I don't know
I think they're really busy with uni stuff. On discord they've posted some stuff about their class coding projects and group projects. Hopefully they get some time to get a build out sooner rather than later if they intend more than one build this year considering the current in progress build was meant to be half done when they made the patreon post.
I remember at a certain part in the story you end up trying to kiss leandros, well I played a few months ago and I had chosen different choices to where leandros attempts to kiss you instead, except I don't know how make that happen, does anybody know 😭

Are you new here? 1 and a half years just means Hiddenwall's missed about 1 to 2 updates. Kingsguard was getting about 1 update like every 10 months. Missing for a year and a half due to uni and IRL stuff isn't exactly outlandish in light of how updates had come out before.
Until there's a game update it is dead. I will also note that despite what he posted etc. It did not stop him from taking people's money on patreon and producing nothing for almost 2 years. Worse than blackgate.

Largely they are passion projects (hobbies) that take an extraordinary amount of personal time. I'm sure if you offered them $100k a year to work on it full time they would take that deal and there would be regular updates and they would be cranking through releases left & right.
We are not entitled to their work. I'm grateful that we have so much content available.
I'm on the discord, haven't checked recently, however Hiddenwall was trying to get school / university work finished and they want to get back into the VN. Just IRL stuff has been taking up a lot of time. Patreon payments have been paused for a good number of months, so the VN isn't cancelled just on a bit of hiatus.
Last update I saw was on 18th Aug, was about trying to get college / schoolwork down and because of the stress they were pretty unmotivated to work on the VN.
HOWEVER, they want to get back to working on it etc. So it's not dead, just IRL stuff in the way.
Yeah this is abandoned, Hiddenwall has always been EXTREMELY lazy when it comes to making content he gets paid for but this is definitely just straight up abandoned now, sorry to everyone who liked this game.

Well he made plenty of money from me in donations and then just ghosted after delaying and delaying and delaying and not delivering on promises I paid for. Also "passion project he makes available for free", the free version is several years out of date (there's legit 20 updates since the free version) also makes what for free? He doesn't make this game anymore its abandoned. He's been famous in the community for his laziness lol.
Just a heads up. I checked the patreon and the last update was about artwork for a new character (side character I'm assuming?) and that was January 2nd 2024. The discord link isn't valid so I wasn't sure if anyone knew if there were any more recent updates. I really like this VN but it's been over a year since the last update. I hope everything is ok.
The discord update channel hasn't had a post since 16/1/24 and it was a warning about hacked accounts and people following dodgy links. The last time someone joined the discord was 20/8/24.
Heyy is there some way I could join the discord? It's kind of sad how abandoned this game is, and it would be really good to be in contact with people who actually care or maybe someone who knows smt about it :c
